7-Day Return Policy and Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online are processed immediately and may not be canceled. You may need to wait until you receive the merchandise to initiate a return.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is listed as refundable during the ordering process. To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Our return policy excludes the following goods: discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines), intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or items marked as non-returnable. These items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Conditions for a valid return include:

  • The product received differs from the ordered item.
  • The product does not match the description on the website (replica, specs, and image).
  • The product is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

If there are signs that the product has been used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund/return unless it aligns with our warranty policy (see separate section).

Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us via mauj.pk/contact-mauj. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return, and all goods need verification before a return/refund can occur.

The responsibility for shipping costs may vary:

  • If the return is due to the mentioned conditions, we cover the shipping charges.
  • Depending on the case, either the customer or we pay the shipping cost to our warehouse.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted. It’s recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items. You are responsible for ensuring the goods reach us in the same condition.

Refunds and Exchanges

After receiving your valid return, we will send you an email notifying you of the acceptance or rejection. If accepted, we may provide an exchange, non-transferable merchandise credit, credit to the payment card used, a check, or another appropriate remedy determined in good faith.

General

Failure to comply with the above conditions gives us the right to refuse the return or exchange, or impose different or additional conditions.
